I made this banner from an etsy digital download. I printed the pennants onto a thick card stock. Cut out the triangles, punched holes at the corner to run my ball ribbon through. Then I took paper circus cupcake liners and turned them inside out, scrunched them together in the center and glued at each corner. I then added a red ball in the center of each.

Circus Banner
I have just begun to create different decorations for the vintage circus party.

I made this banner from an etsy digital download. I printed the pennants onto a thick card stock. Cut out the triangles, punched holes at the corner to run my ball ribbon through. Then I took paper circus cupcake liners and turned them inside out, scrunched them together in the center and glued at each corner. I then added a red ball in the center of each.
